Hi, I'm Jeremy. Just joined SmokingMeatForums. I'm from, and currently live in, Huntsville, AL. I'm a welder/fabricator for 16 yrs now. I work for a private university as the campus welder and multi-trade tech. I do a lot of grilling on a basic, run-of-the-mill charcoal grill...but am in the process of building a bbq grill from a water heater. I don't have a lot of experience with a smoker, but I plan to build one soon and expand my grilling horizons, as I absolutely love smoked meats.

Welcome to the group Jeremy!  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of good people here who really know their stuff and genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input around here, and just ask when you need anything...someone will surely have the answer.
