Any of you nice folks have a solid recipie for Hunky hot Hazi kolbasZ? There is an old one here in a ancient thread from Richtee. Wondering is there are any newer that use TQ.

Just a heads up.

Len Poli has Copy Write on most of his recipes. Posting them without his consent is not good and he could shut his site down. I for one would not like that

NO!

TQ and Cure #1 are NOT interchangeable.

TQ has nitrite and nitrates in it and also has a lot of salt.
