I am Teruska, currently residing in the beautiful Hudson Valley. Our home overlooks the field of some world renowned Angus cattle. Sadly, we rarely eat red meat. I have a Masterbuilt electric smoker, a Cameron's stovetop  smoker and a domed stovetop smoker.I enjoy smoking lots of things. The latest is water. I froze it in ice cube trays. Works great to flavor beans and greens for the vegetarians. It is also nice in a Bloody Mary or glass of bourbon. I like to make our sausages and hams and bacon. I like to experiment with hot peppers and make our hot sauces. One of my favorites is a smoky sriracha. I am a canner, dehydrator and gardener. I also knit  and spin. Life is good!
