Smoking Fanatic
Three and a half slabs of ribs went on the smoker at 9:30 pm, presently, at 4:10 am it's 26°F with 6 mph winds and 56% humidity. Not using the 3-2-1 method, just low and slow of 8 hours or so, then to bed I go.

Yeah hell would have to freeze over for the Vikes to win the Super Bowl. Heck it might even take heaven and hell freezing over, for it to happen. But then again I am not a Vikes fan anyways.
