Howdy folk.
Newbie here. Just thought i'ld introduce myself. My name is Will and I'm from Bham AL.
Been eating smoked meat for as long as I can remember. As such, I've been a charcoal and woodchip man for a long time (Use a WSM) A few years back picked up a pellet smoker. I've also played with some electric smokers (notably the MES) as a couple of mates have them
Love to smoke all types of bits and bobs bust my all time favourite has to be a good, chunky rack of ribs. Also love chicken wings but that's more of a grill thing.
Anyhow - see you about the forum - I hope to learn lots from everyone and contribute to other threads!
