Its been a while since if posted on SMF. things have been pretty busy here in TN.Been doing a lot of catering lately and and getting ready to do a smoke for a marina at an area lake. If all goes well i will be there sole supplier of bbq.I am also considering a 500 gallon RF build as my other smokers are getting smaller.Guess thats a good thing lol. Will be posting photos and Q-view if i do the smoker build good to be back.
