Hello...my name is Rob and I relocated with my wife from New England to Texas in September, we love it here so far! Since coming here I have gotten the BBQ/Smoking meat craving(thanks to my neighbor). My better half bought me a propane smoker(Master Forge) from LOWES as a wedding present. This has become my new hobby without a doubt. I'm constantly looking online for new rubs, cooking techniques(foil vs. no foil), cooking times...and just love to read about it. I love all the BBQ Pitmaster shows as well...Myron Mixon and the boys keep me entertained for sure! I look forward to making some friends here and learning from experience! Here is to learning from everyone here!
