Joshua Here, El Pato Fumar.... been at this a little over a year. Wife bought me an Akorn last year and then father in law gave me a cheap OE <150$ smoker.  been having fun with different meats... my rubs are on point, the cooking is slowly taking its time to master Pun intended. experience with Ribs pork buts and doing my first Briskett tomorrow.
