Hey folks, my name is JIm, and I'm happy to join this group. From what I've seen thus far, I stand to learn a lot from y'all.   I live in SW Florida in the winter and spring, and in the NC Mountains summer and fall.  I use a Cypress Bayou (Big Green Egg clone) and a

Weber kettle, along with my gas grills.  Always on the lookout for new recipies, techniques, etc.  Bring 'em on.
