I just wanted to say thanks, first and foremost, to all the members already on board the SMF train. I've been browsing the site for a bit, most especially before I purchased my latest equipment. Prior to buying my Dyna-Glo vertical offset, I read post after post on this forum regarding every aspect of the smoker. Once again, thank you. With your help, I purchased said piece, made the mods, and am one happy pit player. I've yet to ever call myself a pit master, but I do aspire to it. I look forward to hanging out with y'all and learning from you and your experience. I've been doing this for a while, but my Daddy always said, "the second you stop listening is the second you stop learning, and you'll never know everything boy."
