Howdy Guys and Gals,

Thanks for allowing me to join.  I've been smoking low & slow since the 1970s and I currently have a original Oklahoma Joe. I live in Texas just north of DFW area near Oklahoma. I have attached the before and after pictures. I'm also working on my first UDS build and will post pic's soon.

Have you been to the bbq joint in the old auto shop/gas station in Norman Oklahoma? I forget the name but recall the few times I have been there it was very good.
