Name is John, I hail from Pennsylvania.
Recently received a digital Masterbuilt Electric Smoker 30" (MES), I have added the cold smoking attachment. I want to start smoking cheese this winter and possibly try smoking some salmon and white fish.
I look forward to participating in the forums and getting to learn some great techniques and tips from the community.
