Greetings folks.

Paul here from central Arkansas. I've enjoyed eating BBQ for nearly 40 years, but I'm just now delving into making it myself. I have a very basic Char Griller pit with smoke box, and I've had fun playing with it over the last month.

I'm looking forward to learning from you ladies and gents.
