My fiance and I recently got into grilling and we do very well. Now we are thinking on cooking a whole suckling. To brine or not to brine? What wood to use or should we use a combo of wood and charcoal? Is it better to smoke or grill? How long should we cook it for? We are looking to cook something in the range of 15- 20 lbs. Please help I really wanna make this happen. BTW this is the grill we have http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/...egoryID=502391
