how to smoking a suckling

    My fiance and I recently got into grilling and we do very well. Now we are thinking on cooking a whole suckling.To brine or not to brine? What wood to use or should we use a combo of wood and charcoal? Is it better to smoke or grill?How long should we cook it for? We are looking to cook something in the range of 15- 20 lbs. Please help I really wanna make this happen. BTW this is the grill we have

    Ain't happenin....on that contraption! Better find ya something bigger. 15 to 20 pounder.....ain't saying no more!

    It would be a whole lot more cost affective, and practical on your unit, to do a few shoulders.
