How to smoke shrimp and mullet.

Lived in Ft Pierce, FL for awhile and ate some delicious smoked shrimp and mullet out of this world.

Now live on the SC coast near Savannah, GA and have new smoker like to have recipes for smoking shrimp & mullet and fish in general. My first thread and like what I see here so ya'll be well.

Doc, morning....  I have smoked shrimp and I prefer a light smoke of fruit wood with just a  pinch of mesquite thrown in...... Mullet, I have no idea.....     Dave
