How to roll one?

Hey everybody! How are things? It has been a while since i have payed a visit here. I'm so ready to start smoking again.

I have had a request for my baby backs this weekend so i will be doing those. I have smoked just about every kind of meat i can think of, but i have yet to do a fatty. I have many ideas what to put inside of the thing, but my question is how do you roll the thing up to stay nice and tight?

I saw an awesome post on here with a step by step method a while ago, but i cant seem to find it now. Any help would be appreciated.
