Good looking salad!! I love a good Chef's salad with hard boiled eggs so this one, although a bit different, would be just as good. I'd be all over it

Thanks Robert! I'm a fan of the HB egg on a chef's, but I was craving an egg and thought, he it doesn't need to be HB..... a good old sunny side up would work..... I have to say it WORKED!
