Well now.

I think I have a few.

These are bout 2.5 weeks worth.

I had to wash them all today as they have been muddy from the shingles blown off the roof and the coop ground is wet. I wash in cold water add 1T egg wash liquid. They are now clean and in the fridge, they should not be out of the fridge for any longer than 4 hours now.

Wow Rick… that’s quite the haul!

If not with roof dust and washing… how long you let them set on the counter?

My wife loves unwashed eggs. They stay much fresher even in the fridge.
Our egg lady hasn't learned how to train her hens to lay in nesting boxes. Her's are way too free range.

Holy Smokes! That's a lot of eggs. Do you sell them?
Fortunately here in north GA lots of folks still raise a few chickens. I love fresh eggs. Can't wait to retire and have some of my own.

Nice assortment of colors Rick are you getting any white eggs?

Have any of you salt cured egg yolks? The fresh ones obviously have a much richer color. I'd like to try some duck eggs at some point too

I dont have any white egg layers.

Since wally and other stores have dropped the price of some eggs, selling has slowed for me so I just been giving the eggs away.

Rick I wanted some white eggs and we got some white leghorns and they lay just about every day
