how long to cook turkey brest

I am doing my first 3# turkey brest. Hoe long to get to temp. So I can time ham and vennison. I see temp to serve but not time.

Not to be a smart aleck (sp.?) but there are too many variables in your question . Is it a Boneless breast or bone in ? I'm guessing it's a 3 lb boneless ? What are you using for a smoker , etc. Fill us in and someone with the know how ( probably a lot of people with the know how ) can chime in and help you out better .

Usually you want to smoke it by temp not time. The temp should be 165 I believe by thermo. Someone will correct me if I am wrong. Good luck.

I understand I have to do temp. I need a ballpark figure of time so all my meat comes out at the same time.

It took about 4 hours at 225 - 235. to cook the brest.
