Hi and Happy Friday!

I'm putting two pork shoulders on my electric pellet smoker tomorrow.  It's going to be about 60 degrees out and I plan to put them on at 250 and wrap them in foil about halfway through.  Both are about 7 lbs.  What do you think I should plan for in terms of cooking time? I was thinking about 8-9 hours?
 
8 or 9 hours sounds pretty close  figure on 10 - 12  if its done early no problem. wrap it in a couple old towels  into a dry cooler till your ready
