How long for an italian sausage fattie

I am doing a fattie with Italian Sausage.  1 lb.

Roughly how long do they take to get to 160*?

really depends on what you stuff in it. I usually give 2 hours or so. But I also like to let them rest a bit too so give more time then needed and rest if its done early
