How do I smoke a chuck roast

I was wondering how to smoke a 3 1/2 lb. Chuck Roast. And what would be a good rub since I don't have Jeffs yet?...

Here is something i found. I havr a roast in the freezer and you got me thinking.
This sounded ok to me. The instructions and rub sound tasty an correct.

AJ, do a search on "chuck roasts" there's a lot of posts about doing roasts on the smoker.
