Congrats, looks like you've got a bond going on. I find it great when family members get involved, it's like sharing the wealth.

That's great you have that bond.

Sounds like another forum member in the works... Congratulations...

She took the picture and I didn't even know it , it took me an hour to load it into photobucket . I like the Camera ( I should it came from Santa to my daughter this past X-mas )as it dates the shot . I say thanks to all for the replys . I have raised my daughter alone for 8 years now and she is a blessing . For the record I told her what I had to do and she told me it's ok to hurry food up sometimes lol . She Thanks each of you as well for kind words . THANKS from the Burk Famliy .

This is an awesome story. Tuesday I was off work, and had a couple co-workers and their families over for some Beer Can Chicken, cheesey corn, and such (they all like to smoke too, so it was a group effort), and me and the other guy that has a son (mine 2, his is only about 3 months) were talking about how awesome it will be when they're old enough to enjoy this. I can't wait!

I was a single Dad for over 10 years. Enjoy it... it passes way too fast. My "little girl" is 20 now and a junior in College. Before you know it she will be in college and living on her own. Time passes way too fast. Don't miss a second of it.

I gave points on this , they're for you both. You for rescuing her burgers and Her for just plain gumption in doing the meal in the first place.

You've got a clear winner there. Thanks for passing the story on to us here on SMF.

Thanks too to the Mods that make this site Kid friendly. Us big kids like it too.
