Ready for the turkey roaster to poach a bit. Lunch is just around the corner!

Had to have some for lunch and am very happy with the taste. Next time and there definitely will be next time will up the spice level. I like spicy. Or maybe my taste buds are little bit fried. Will have to make a bigger batch as this is going to disappear in no time.

I happen to be a self anointed Boudine expert and would be more than happy to certify yours if you would like to send me some.

It looks fantastic, reminds me I need to plan a trip through Port Arthur, TX this year!

I would if it was posible. I like to share. My kids, friends, neighbors. .. it's -23 today ,little too chilly for the smoker so I made the boudin instead. Middle of Canada is a ways away.

Hey Checkdude
Glad to see you come along. Yes indeed, jitrnice is Bohemian bodain. Your's looks good.
Perchance, since you were born in the old country, do you have a Klobasy recipe you could share? I need to compare to what I've cobbled together to the stuff the Czech settlers in Kans, Okla, and Nebraska make. Thanks

Rex
