And several more spots that cut and needs to be split. Gonna do it on site though

that walnut would make some nice table tops

I got several slabs. Thick ones for a hefty looking sitting bench. 2 that hold 3 people and a love seat. Thats a 3” thick slab on top 40” long 15” wide

My pics are all oak. I have unlimited access to walnut but I am not interested in cutting it for the reason you encountered. Nails in the trunks. I would like to mill some like the ones you processed but nails are hard on chains.

Oh nice. Looked orangeish like plum. What kind of oak?

Just in the smoker? Or sell? Can you tell a difference between them flavor wise? I can’t really tell much difference between the woods.

I can’t tell the difference but my taste buds are shot. No way I could smoke that much. I sold most of it.

Wow that’s a lot of work!i sell it also. 20-30$ a full wheel barrow depending on wood type. I got 8 different kinds. Comes out to 600$ a cord. I charge delivery too. 20$ even on 1 wheel barrow. No one comes out to my place so I only deliver. Flake rate was 9-10 when a guy wanted my address and come out so i stopped giving it out
