Took me a while to build, mainly as we moved house half way through, but here she it!

Did my first test smoke (for me and the smoker) this afternoon. Smoked sausages are amazing.

Not sure how accurate my thermometer is though, the sausage took about 1.5 hours to get a bit of colour on them. They were at 190f when I probed them. That sound right?
