Hello,

Had to share this with everybody. Made hot wings last night and they were terrific. My first time doing this and it was great. Smoked with apple and a little cherry and then 25 minutes on charcoal grill with a little more apple and cherry until crispy. Prepped with a light dusting of garlic and herb from McCormicks. When done i placed them in a bowl and poured on some Frank's buffalo wing sauce, put the top of bowl on and tossed. When you can get my 10 year old daughter to eat something with a little bit of heat and say "Daddy those are very good!" you have to know that it was good. She also liked the chicken breasts and macaroni salad and celery with blue cheese or ranch. Just wanted to let you guys know about something that I will be doing alot of and it is too easy to get it right. Well time to go eat my birthday boy breakfast!

Do mine basically the same way, although I like Pecan and Cherry for my wood. Oh, by the way.......no pics.......it didn't happen.

Just learning about the pictures and posting them so you will have to cut me a little slack on that. Like the 69 Camaro in your avatar.

I do basically the same thing but have found that after smoking we deep fry the wings and then put the sauce on. They come out nice and crispy.

The wings recipe sounds good alittle smokey taste with good crusty skin huh huh good but next time Qview. Did you forget to tell us about the ribs or was that a tease?
