After seeing mossymo mossymo post I had to try these. I wasn't going to post but after just eating some left overs these are really good and only took one hour. I did not have BB so went with St Loius. I checked at 40 minutes and they temp 195 to 205 which would normally be good but they did not seem tender so went another 15 minutes. Put them into sauce and threw back on 5 minutes. I normally don't sauce but think they needed it for this. I really love that crunch and they were tender.
