Chile... That looks beyond amazing! Am going to try it, some day when I have the time. Lasagna is my favorite meal ever. Thank you for showing us all this recipe!
Thank you.
Lasagna is a family fave and one not done often, especially not this big $$$.
My pleasure to share recipes.
Wow! that looks awesome. Definitely bookmarking this one.
Thanks, definitely worth a go.
Darn fine dish! And I don't think any Italians would scoff at this.
Thank you Steve.
Ha! Them guys bust everyone's balls, especially when it comes to Italian food.
That looks fantastic! I been missing your post. I am retiring next week and will be on a budget for the first time in my life. I plan using some of the time going through your recipes!
Very kind Brian, a great compliment, thanks.
Congrats on retirement, hope it's smooth sailing.

Thank you very much Ray!
It's good enough to be breakfast, lunch and dinner for me today.

Wow, BIG like and a Bookmark for this one. But that is a big honken dish of Lasagna. Fantastic color with the mozza. That would last me and the wife at least 2 days....lol because she would fill up on Garlic bread also.

Chile's Recipe too much??? No problem!
This is a little trick we do for friends and family that just had a Baby or some other situation where they need a meal with no effort.
We get all the ingredients together for a Giant Lasagna, but assemble them in Disposable Bread Loaf Pans. The noodles fit well, a little long, but just fold or trim and make up as usual. Each Loaf is 2 servings, unless you are really hungry!😆 We freeze raw then defrost and bake as if fresh made. Bakes at 350°F about an hour or until the IT hits 165°F. Let cool 15 minutes to set up and serve...JJ

Looks delicious. I am a big fan of using cottage cheese with (or instead of) ricotta to lighten it up just a little bit.

Thanks, yep it was humongous.
I've my favorite garlic bread accompanying the leftovers tonight.
My favorite? Butter, minced garlic and Parmesan topped with 'Everything' bagel seasoning.

Wow Chile! I'm late to the party, that looks awesome! You've outdone yourself. looks delicious and I think the word I'm looking for is Perfection. Great job.

That's insane man! I think I am going to save this and if this covid chit ever ends and we have a big family function again where it is "everyone bring an appetizer" I am going to show up with the 20 lb lasagna and be "that guy". Killer cook man.

LOL, love it, just an appetizer.

John I added everything up and it's probably more like a 25 pounder.

We plated 18 large servings in the course of three meals and still had 2-3 more servings leftover.
And my wife put a third of it in the freezer for when she doesn't feel like cooking.
