I want to duplicate a Brazilian rig and need information on the best material to make it. It is a 8 x 5 ft bed on a trailer where we dump the charcoal and fire it up. So it is a layer of some carbon steel with a layer of some insulated rock wool and another layer of steel to sandwich the rock wool. My question is about the best steel and thickness to use for both layers od steel and the thickness of rock wool.
