Homemade Jerky

I recently moved into an apartment that doesn't allow smokers or charcoal bbqs on the decks and balconies. I had to look for another way to create my delicious jerky and went looking for ebooks for simple recipes that you didn't need any complicated tools or gear for.

I found this great book that actually has tasty recipes and is easy to use with only your home oven and a few simple tools!

Try using a dehydrator. I wouldn't have moved into a place like that. I see this is your first post. When you get a chance will you drop by roll call so everyone can give you a proper SMF welcome?
