picked up some ground sausage at the grocery store and made a 2 lb fatty !!

Be glad when Ole Man Winter goes away and my 24/7 call status with it! Would light up the smoker if I knew I would not get a call. But, if the phone rings.....I go. Even if a state trooper "thinks" a slippery condition exists, we go. Not good for slow'n low cookery.
I am impressed with your maple fatty and will do one come spring and sanity as well!
