Hi,

I have around 15 lbs of pulled pork that finished earlier today. I have it in 4 freezer bags. This is for a work lunch party. I couldn't get any time off work this week as we are tooooo busy. So I had to make it up now.

Question, should I freeze it until the day before or can I leave it in the back of the fridge away from the door.

The party is Friday afternoon and it went in the fridge Saturday around 5:00 P.M..

Take care,

Brian

I've never had to keep any that long. I would freeze it. I never take any chances when it comes to food.

I have to agree with all my distinguished colleagues ... freeze it!
