Hijacked the meatloaf!

Me: what's for dinner tonight?
Wife: meatloaf
Me: want me to smome it?
Wife no its a prepackaged meatloaf from kroger I'll just pop it in the oven.
Me: Oh already cook just got to heat it up huh?
Wife: no its not cooked just already mixed up and ready to cook.
Me: hold my beer!
Put some Kosmos killer bee honey Chipotle rub on it and brushed it with sweet baby rays bbq sauce at the end.
Not too bad for store bought prepackaged meatloaf.

Looks good ... sounds like they were already going for a zippy taste with the green Chile’s and pepper jack.
Never seen raw premixed, but never looked for it either. Looks like a nice freezer staple for a good dinner when no time to fuss.

I smoked a meatloaf almost 2 weeks ago after getting a tooth removed.
Needed a soft meal to reheat.
Liked it so well, I'm thinking to smoke another tomorrow. Ground beef beef prices back to normal, too.
