High temp problems

I recently purchased a Masterbuilt ProSmoker and I can't keep my temperature under 300. I bought a low flow regulator and that still doesn't help. Any ideas?

Outdoor pro pain one... And got a needle valve Sunday. That did it. Smoking a chicken today....
