Had a gift card from cabela's and bought some high temp cheddar and it came today.. Earlier today I used my left over high temp cheddar from B&P and when I went to vacuum pack them both for the freezer this is what I saw... Cabela's on the left and B&P on the right..Didn't get to do a taste test but I've been using the B&P brand.. We'll see. I didn't post this in the cheese forum cause I thought it would be more useful here in the sausage forum.... Does anyone know what determines the color or darkness of the cheese...
