A guy at work told me of a place today to buy some hickory for smokin', was $35.00 for what you see in my truck. I'll use my chop saw to make chunks.
Another guy at work told me of a place to buy used LP tanks. The LP guy sells 250gal, 330gal and 500gal tanks. He told me to call him in the spring. I think I'll look at getting a 330gal tank to make a reverse flow.
I smoke meat for people at work for a small donation. I think it is very cool that they think of me when they see things that I could use or maybe it is just good smoked meats?
