So I have been searching this site for almost two years.  Been smoking meat for a while but finally got my build going and wanted to share, to hopefully help others that were in the same boat I was.  

I am from Nebraska, avid hunter and fisherman.  Love cooking, grilling and smoking.  My family owns cattle and hogs so I get alot of meat to try new things with so I am looking forward to getting and sharing new ideas on here.
