I am new to smoking. Just got a 30" MES a few weeks back. I have been lurking around the forums reading about butts and fatties. I just smoked my first fattie and will post some pics in the fattie section. I am planning on doing an 8lb butt tonight. I have gotten a ton of good info on here and look forward to smoking some great meat!
