I joined the forum just before the Christmas holiday but did not post an introduction; sorry it took until now.

My name is John, I live in Maryland in the DC suburbs. My wife gave me a WSM for Christmas.  Looking forward to learning from the group and sharing experiences.  bmoman

Remember the search bar at the top can be your best friend for finding answers fast and the “Articles” section is chock full of good useful information and “how-to’s”!

Welcome John to the SMF and to the distinct ranks of WSM owners.

Many of us have a lot of experience with all types of smokes on the WSM so if you have questions just ask!
