Have not used my WSM in the last couple of years. No particular reason other than to many other things to do. When I did use it, it was with pork butts and chicken. Never got beyond those 2 items and that might be why I stopped.
NOW THE REST OF THE STORY. Was in the local library last week and saw this eye catching, mouth watering book.
SMOKING MEAT by Jeff Phillips. Leafed through it, took it home, and here I am. Fired up and ready to smoke. I'm thinking about retiring my WSM and going to some kind of electric unit. Reason is, it appears to be less of a hassle. And at my age (75) reducing hassles is a good thing.
So if you would send your advice toward Huron Ohio I'll appreciate it much. And thanks Jeff for Smoking Meat.
