Hi everyone. My name is Robin and we are from the Seminole Oklahoma area. The hubby and I have been curing and smoking our own meats for about 5 yrs. I received a hand made offset smoker back then and just recently had to lay it to rest. The hubby bought a Char-Broil 30" offset smoker earlier this year and I found it's sweet spot upon the first smoke and have been happily smoking ever since.
