I have been dabbling with smoking over the past couple of years, but decided to take it more seriously this time.  I have used a Brinkman Bullet smoker before but have now got a propane powered Smoke Vault form Camp a Chef very nice to use.  Chopped down a few Maple trees for a new new landscaping project and hope that they will be ready to smoke with next year.  I am very pleased I found this website and forum have already found a lot of good information.
