Hi there from the new guy

My name is Landon, I live just north of Madison Wisconsin.
I just started trying out smoking last year and became addicted right away. I started just to make my own venison sausages and now love to try just about anything. I do my smoking in a 30 inch master built. But I wanted bigger so I got a cres for proofed that I am trying to convert, which I posted a thread to try and get help with that.
