Hi new to forum and kinda of new to smoking and BBQing. Have been experamenting with my Charbroiler and other grills I have. The first thing I smoked was a brisket, it tasted great but hard crust on the outside. But like I said it tasted great. Im looking forward to learning from everyone on here, I Love My Grills...........
