Found this site from a online search, and have to say i love it. I'm from Wisconsin,,50 years old..been smoking for 6 years. I was looking for information about mes smokers and can say i sure found a loads of help here. I've spent 5 hours here and have gained more knowledge than i got in 6 years of trial and error. Thank you everyone for such great posts and i see a few breakfast Fatties coming off my smoker this weekend. Cheers and smoke on ..Len
