Hello all, my name is Larry and I'm beginning a potential BBQ comp team. Right now I currently smoke on a homemade smoker that stands 6'4" I smoke a lot of meats in it for friends and family. Most recent was a bday for my son for 50 people. I'm hoping to take my passion to the next step and make of a career out of it. Glad to be part of this forum! Thanks
