Hi

Just got a Weber charcoal smoker  from Santa.

Totally new to this, orginally from Scotland moved to NY 11 years ago, never really used charcoal much and never grilled back home.

Have used mainly propane but really wanted to get a smoker and thus here I am and ready to go.
