Hi everyone. I just built a 4x4x7 homemade smoker and i tested it out with some char, mackeral, trout, cod and some moose jerky. I think i had a bit too much smoke going but it tasted great. I used green wood (a mixture of apple, maple, alder, cherry, plum and birch) and i just learned that i should use seasoned wood. I'm hoping to learn lots more here. My smoker in action.
